War Veil account support

Account deletion.

War Veil players can schedule permanent account deletion inside the app or contact Soul Sigil LLC by email without reinstalling the app.

Deleting the War Veil app from your device does not delete your player account. Use one of the methods below.

Delete your account in War Veil

  1. Sign in to War Veil.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Go to Delete account.
  4. Enter your exact player name, including capitalization.
  5. Confirm that you want to schedule permanent deletion.

Your gameplay access is locked immediately after the request is accepted. The deletion remains pending for seven days. During that grace period, reopen War Veil and select Cancel deletion from the pending-deletion screen if you change your mind.

When the grace period ends, your War Veil account and its cities are permanently removed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access War Veil or no longer have the app installed, contact Soul Sigil support. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Use the subject War Veil account deletion request and provide as much of the following as you can:

Your account UUID is helpful but is not required to start a request. A player name by itself is not enough to authorize deletion because Soul Sigil must protect accounts from unauthorized requests.

Never send us your password, Google or Apple credentials, authorization codes, OAuth or identity tokens, account-deletion token, recovery credentials, or payment information.

What happens after you email us

  1. Soul Sigil normally responds within five business days.
  2. Support verifies that you own the account. This may include contacting or receiving confirmation from the email associated with your Google or Apple sign-in.
  3. After ownership is verified, support schedules deletion and tells you the scheduled completion date.
  4. Gameplay access is locked when deletion is scheduled, and the seven-day grace period begins.
  5. To cancel before the deadline, reply to the same support conversation.
  6. After the deadline, the account and its cities are permanently removed.

Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to prevent a completed deletion from being reversed. Details are provided in the War Veil Privacy Policy.
